Entryway Makeover Using Wallpaper From Photowall
Hi friends! I hope y’all are had a wonderful weekend!!! I am super excited to show y’all my entryway makeover!!!
Isn’t this wallpaper so dreamy!!! I am absolutely in love!!! A few weeks ago someone reached out to me and asked if I would like to use some Photowall wallpaper in my home. I glanced through their website and was in love with so many of their designs! They have over 22,000 designs to choose from!! After my boys went to bed, I would spend hours on their website, trying to pick the perfect design for my entryway! After narrowing my choice down from ten to five, I finally settled on the “Florian” wallpaper.
Here is my entryway before…
I started by taking the board and batten down and patching all the little holes.
Now it was time to hang the wallpaper. It is crucial to get the first piece perfectly straight, or it will throw every piece off and turn into a big uneven mess!
Make sure you have a perfectly straight line to follow for your first piece. I used a chalk line, which was a bad idea because the chalk got all over the wallpaper and was a pain to get off. Learn from my mistake and use a laser level, or pen/pencil to make your straight line.
First piece up, 15 more to go!
This wallpaper is not pre-pasted. In the past, I have applied the paste to the back of the wallpaper, but this time I applied the paste directly to the wall, using a roller and brush. This method seemed to work really well.
Done and done!! I absolutely love it!!!
I’m sure this space will evolve over time. For now, I’m completely loving it!!! What do you think? Love it or hate it?
If you’re looking for wallpaper, I definitely recommend looking through the Photowall website! You can use the code LECULTIVATEUR25 for 25% off your order!! The code is good until July 10, 2021.
Thank you for stopping by! I hope you have a wonderful day!!!
