Organizing a Small Kitchen Pantry and Making It so Pretty!

I can't believe I'm even showing you this incredibly messy kitchen food pantry. I couldn't find a thing and if a guest was near me in my otherwise beautiful kitchen, I would very quickly close the door in hopes they couldn't peer inside.
I would repeatedly purchase the same food item each time I grocery shopped because I couldn't see all of the contents of this pantry.
I basked Molasses Crinkle Cookies once per year during the Christmas holidays. I did not need 4 bottles. And, because my blog is Chocolate and Sunshine, I can assure you that I love chocolate by the large amount of chocolate I found.
So, I decided to make this pantry pretty and functional. I utilized glass canisters purchased from Target and HomeGoods to store most items and then added gray wire baskets for additional items. If you are doing something similar, it's much easier to utilize pieces that can be easily seen.
I also wanted to identify my jars with labels and tags.
I'm not done creating functionality yet. Stop by Chocolate and Sunshine for more details. pantry

You have given me some good ideas here. I have been looking for solutions to a small pantry in my kitchen that was once a hot water closet, and too deep to use the usual organizing ideas. Thanks. I guess I will now go shopping for appropriate (and cheap) baskets, etc.
