Tool Caddy Style Beverage Tote

This is an easy wood DIY build that makes a great basket of cheer. Based on old carpenters' tool boxes, the pieces are simple cuts and put together. Scrap or pallet wood can be used.
I used a hook screw for a can/bottle opener holder and part of a wooden bowl attached to be used as a cap catcher.
Using a base, two end pieces with a dowel handle, and two side panels; the tote is put together.
Removable crate inserts make easy clean up or rearranging compartments.
I made it large enough to accommodate wine bottles, old milk bottles, soda cans and bottles.
I personalized this one with an inkjet transfer I created.
It made a nice basket of cheer for a gift.
It was strong enough to hold 6 bottles of wine.
