Overhead Light Lining Tutorial

We just put our lights up in our new addition this fall. I loved how it looked but the minute we sat down on our couch we realized we had a problem, the dreaded light glare. Even though we had taken care choosing our lights it couldn't have been worse. It was in the exact spot that it gets you where ever you sit on the couch, even moving it forward of back a bit didn't help.
Frenchie was all for taking this light down and putting in a new one but I loved how this worked in the room. It was just the right color and really, it is hard enough to find a light that works in the room, let alone one that works and doesn't shine in your eyes. (I have another problem light I will be addressing later.)
So I put my thinking cap on and came up with a solution and it worked perfectly!
Come see how I did it at my blog :)
