Make your own table runner with an old drop cloth, a stencil and some paint.
I used a Royal Design Studio stencil and a leftover drop cloth from Home Depot that I cut to my specific length and width. I used a no sew iron on tape to hem the edges.
I used chalk paint in neutral greys to paint over the stencil. Full details on how I did that here: http://alwaysneverdone.com/2014/12/stencil-a-homeade-table-runner-for-the-holidays/
Keep moving your stencil until you are done.
Pretty little DIY runner. The great thing about this was that I could use whatever colors to match my current décor.

Looks great! I've almost ordered that stencil . You've sold me on it. Herringbone is timeless and adds so much.
