Transforming a Coffee Table to Mosaic Art.

I found this little table at a thrift store for $20 and decided it was a good candidate for a makeover. It has carving on the legs and the cross-piece on the bottom that you can't see in this picture.
I painted everything except the table top white with an exterior latex paint as this was intended to be used on a porch.
I drew a design on the table top with a white paint pen and began to fill in with stained glass pieces until the top was covered, glueing each piece in place right to the table top. Once the glue had dried I mixed black grout and filled in the spaces between the glass pieces, using a rubber float. Wipe several times with a wet sponge until the glass is clean, waiting about ten minutes between each wiping. Let grout dry for a few days and then cover the grout with sealer.
