Antique Vanity in Rhine River by Benjamin Moore

This vanity was an accidental find, but such a lucky one! I love the beautiful mirror and all the detailing. The veneer on the drawers was a mess but, otherwise, it was in good condition. The finish was water stained and flaky I knew it could be lovely again.

The color is a muted turquoise (Rhine River by Benjamin Moore). I did the details in silver metallic and then warmed them up with some glaze. I also changed out the original hardware for these antique silver mirrored knobs.
The top was refinished with Java Gel and High Performance Top Coat from General Finishes. I love the warmth of wood with paint. You can find more details and pics on my blog (link below).
