1960's Goodwill Lamp Makeover

A few weeks ago my mom and I stopped at a Goodwill where I spotted a lamp that I really liked. My mom thinks that it is from the 1960’s, but you never know when something is purchased from Goodwill.
I gave this old beauty a makeover that doesn't involve a drop of paint.

I immediately loved the lines of this lamp and the glass center.
A scrubbing with a magic eraser removed the amber and shined the "brass" which was in surprisingly good condition.
I rewired the lamp for safety and found a $20 shade a Lowe's. For a $35 investment, I have a "new" lamp that I love.
