Who says guys don't like nice stuff? You'll find HIS bath to be full of great designs features. Up to date trends and practical comfort. Check it out guys!
First the makeshift cabinets had to go. The sheet mirror was no love lost either.
The pink tile from the mid century was reglazed a clean white. Shower stall and floor!
Oooops! Behind the motel mirror was the gaping hole from the medicine cabinet. Turned into a great design feature. Ship Lap look panel the width of the pedestal sink reaching toward the ceiling was an awesome backdrop for the industrial shade wall light and the new painted metal mirror aged to perfection.
As with any small space bath, storage is no longer a problem. The iron pipe and board shelves were right on time. Plenty room to stow stuff and display his cool finds.
The walls were painted in a dark gray. The ceiling in a medium tan to warm up the space. The tiny window is disguised with a scorched bamboo roman shade mounted up close to the ceiling along with floor length natural linen drapes.Texture texture texture! A cool track light ceiling fixture gives definition and a dramatic feel to the design elements.
A new canvas blueprint says it's a guy thing for sure...Shaving.
The walk in shower is now bright with white and is awaiting the new bronze clear glass shower door.
Fun GEARS bring that industrial feel to the entrance wall. And a galvanized "A".

What a great make over. Bath's are expensive make over's, looks great and cost didn't seem to crazy. The reglazing was the big cost but it looks wonderful. I really like the pipe shelving.

Hello Karrie... You are most kind. Thank you! I try to make having nice things included in my projects at the best price possible. Shopping Amazon, Craigslist, and consignment shops can save a bundle. Clients have the option to lend a hand also. Some are thrilled to seek out materials we plan for their project. The iron pipe usage is hot in the design field right now. It was great to incorporate it into our design. The homeowner has great taste and helped with the leg work of finding cool elements. And yes those receipts pile up so fast! The shelving to the left of the sink will be fitted with woven baskets all the same for a uniform storage look. It’s always fun to see a client thrilled with their projects!
