If you have a wooden drawer, you can make these neat shelving units. You probably have everything you need on hand already!
These wooden drawers are from an old waterbed. I saved them because I had an idea in my head to upstyle them into small shelf units. We added the boards across the middle to start.
I spray painted this one turquoise, added scripty tissue paper from Starbucks, then used craft paint to dry brush all the edges and corners. Isn't she beautiful?
Here she is all dressed up!
I used black paint and damask scrap paper on one and white paint and music paper on the other. I have so many ideas for more shelves.
Here is the music shelf all styled up. This is an easy and super fun project. It cost NO money since we had everything we needed already.

Now I think I need more wooden drawers!

I transformed drawers into shelves last year and I love yours! How did you install the shelf in the middle of the drawer and how did you hang the whole thing onto the wall?
