I use Blue Dawn dish soap in warm water, wipe the cabinets down and be sure to use a minimal amount of water, you do not want to soak the wood, which will draw the grain out of the wood. Rinse with a clean water moistened rag.
Another good cleaner is Murphy's Oil Soap, follow the bottle directions.
I always use Murphy's Oil Soap on wood cabinets.
Murphy's Oil soap is my go to cleaner for wood that is exposed to greasey kitchen area.
Create a cleaning solution with 1-part baking soda, 2 parts warm water and the lemon juice. Add the solution to a spray bottle and spray the liquid onto the kitchen cabinets. Leave for 2-3 minutes, allowing the baking soda to work its magic. Use the soft sponge to gently scrub the grease away.
I would use a cleaner that has citric acid as the main ingredient. Or get some lemon essential oil and add 20 drops to a water spray bottle (like you can get at the dollar store). Shake well and spray - use a microfiber cloth to scrub clean!
I like using Murphy's Oil soap but if that isn't strong enough try TSP.
I use Purple Power from Walmart. It is a good cleaner degreaser, and can be used for many projects around the house. You can find it in the automotive section
