Learn to create a fun 3D heart Valentine's banner anyone make, even kids!! The Rinea foils make these EASY hearts to pretty and illustrious that as simple as they are to make they look amazing!!
Start by cutting the Riena foil in 7 different heart sizes, largest size about 5 inches across down to the smallest one at 2 inches across.
Star with the largest heart and glue down in the middle only the heart that is a bit smaller until you get to smallest. Fan up each heart to make them 3D. Glue onto a tag shaped canvas banner.
Create multiple hearts on tags to make a complete banner. Do all the same color or have fun and to pinks and reds!
For something a little different cut out a doily shaped heart with red foil and glue to a gold cut foil heart for the ends of the banner.
Glue onto a canvas tag banner.
String up each tag on a rope with a clothespin.
