Easy DIY chair covers for Easter. The cute bunnies brighten up any space and are the perfect springtime accessory.
I started by measuring each chair and cutting fabric to the right size for my chairs.
Next I cut out a cute bunny silhouette in contrasting fabric (a bunny silhouette is available on my blog listed below)
I sewed the bunny onto the chair cover. Next I sewed the edges of the chair cover together (right sides together) and then turned the chair cover right side out.
I chose to use a very tight stitch to adhere the bunny to the chair cover.
I added a pom-pom yarn tail.
...Finally I added a box pleat to the bottom...just to add that little bit of extra something to the chair covers.
The chair covers can be turned facing in or out depending on your needs.
