Sweet Graduation Favors

🎓Graduation season is here! I’’m always looking for something unique to make for a celebration and a bowl of these are just what you need to welcome guests, add to a dessert tray or scatter them on the buffet table as a decoration!

Which one is your favorite? I think the Ferrero Rocher is mine!

Start by cutting 1 x 1 inch squares of the black construction paper, these will be the cap

Then cut small rectangles 1 x 1/2 inch, and carefully cut small thin slits the long way almost to the top without cutting all the way through, fan the “fringe” out and this will be your tassel 🎓 an alternative would be to use a small piece of ribbon or yarn 😊

I used these sticky gems to attach the tassel to the cap, you could also use sticky dots or glue, see video below

Once you’ve attached the tassel, secure the cap to the candy with a small ring of tape on the underside of the cap.

They’re all a little different…

But equally as cute…

And sweet as can be!
