1. Connect the Baskets
Begin by removing the chains from the hanging baskets and set them aside for later use.
Flip one of the baskets upside down.
Use zip ties to connect the two baskets together in the middle where they meet.
2. Begin Wrapping the Garland
Now, take your chosen eucalyptus garland (or any type you prefer) and twist the wire end around one of the spokes of the wire globe.
Start wrapping the garland around the bottom half of the basket globe by feeding the end of the garland in and out of the basket spaces.
Be patient as you work, ensuring you don't strip any leaves off the garland.
3. Add Fairy Lights
Nestle the battery pack of your battery-operated fairy lights into the bottom of the globe among the garland leaves.
Begin wrapping the fairy lights over and around the bottom half of the basket globe.
Make sure to space the lights evenly and tuck the end into the garland leaves.
4. Fill with Spanish Moss
Fill the center of the garland-wrapped globe with a generous amount of Spanish Moss. This will create a cozy nest for your pumpkins.
5. Paint the Pumpkins
Remember those small white pumpkins from the dollar store? Detach the stems and give them a very light dusting of spray paint in a coral color.
Allow the pumpkins to dry completely and reattach the stems.
6. Add the Pumpkins
Once your spray-painted pumpkins are dry, tuck them into the basket globe, nestling them into the Spanish Moss.
7. Hang Your Pumpkin Basket
Now, take one of the basket chains you removed earlier and attach the connecting clips from the original chains to both ends of this chain.
Then, use one of your basket hooks to attach it to the middle link.
