You know those decorative glass cloches?

They look so pretty over a piece of greenery or for a cute scene.

I have these glass Pyrex containers I thrifted and I realized they would be perfect made into a cloche for a cute Christmas scene! Was it a stroke of genius? I’m going to say yes.

If you don’t happen to have a glass canister I’m sure you can find a container in your pantry possibly, or use a glass jar?

So now that I had this idea I wanted some fake snow. I thrifted this shredded white paper for my faux snow. You don’t have to put snow but it’s an option. I also picked up several small ornaments from Walmart. I cut the strings off the top of the little bottle brush trees and reindeer. I already had the little Santa’s. But basically you can put anything in them you want!

There are so many options. It’s pretty frugal and a quick project to add more decor without spending a whole lot and I’m all about being frugal and using what I have.

I just used the top of the canister and made it the bottom, or my base. I added a deer and small tree to this one and my faux snow and a battery operated tea light! At night it will glow and flicker.

This larger deeper glass container I just put one of my bigger bottle brush trees in with a tea light and more paper snow.

I even hung a snowflake ornament on the top inside this one.

I arranged them among my other Christmas things, using books to add height, and a candlestick.

Have fun with it!

My own little winter wonderland. I hope you were inspired and are trying to find a container right now to make a cloche!
