The first thing I bought during pregnancy was a body pillow. Without it, it was impossible to sleep peacefully or lie on the couch. It supports my tummy when I lean on it. My husband liked to borrow it because he's comfortable sleeping with it, too. I ordered one for him too. We even came up with the name "sleep protector" for it. Because the weight of the body is distributed on the pillow, and we feel so light and comfortable and that helps with the sleep quality.
