Easy No-Sew Houndstooth Pumpkin Fall Pillow Cover
Do you love pillows? I'm an addict! I have an entire closet filled with pillows! To keep chaos under control a little bit, I started creating my own covers for my pillows. These designs are created separately and you won't believe how easy it is to make them! These fall pillow covers are no-sew and NO-COMMITMENT designs!

I started by creating a pumpkin pattern on my Silhouette machine and cut it out. If you don't own a Silhouette, you can search Google for a similar image that can be printed and cut out.
I pinned each piece to black and white houndstooth (such a FUN and classic pattern!) and cut the pieces out separately.
Next, I glued the pieces onto white cotton quilt batting, but you could also use felt.
Once the glue dried, I cut out around the entire pumpkin design, leaving about 1/4" of white felt around the edges.
Then, I strategically attached the design to a plain white pillow cover using black buttons! The buttons look like part of the design, but once Fall is over, I just snip the threads and the entire design can be removed and packed away until next year! Brilliant, right?
