Mason Jar Winter Luminaries

I know what you’re thinking, ugh another mason jar project. Yep, it is. These are quick and easy winter luminaries that combine the look of frosted and flocked pine trees. I used 3 different jar sizes: 2 quart, 1 quart and pint.
To make the scenery stencils for the frosted trees, I covered the jars in painters tape. Then used a razor to cut out the shapes.
I sprayed the jars with frosted glass spray paint and removed the painters tape. To make the flocked trees I simply painted Elmer's school glue onto the jars in a tree shape and sprinkled Epsom salt onto the wet glue.
Finished off the luminaries with a strand of jute and a sprig of rosemary. Drop a candle in the jars and enjoy the unique glow!
