Hi Hometalk! Here is my latest project: I have a room that is totally devoted to my elephant collection, so with my newfound interest in wood burning, I decided to create another elephant piece for this room.
My collection: All of my elephants are placed in a certain direction after the art of feng shui. All of my elephants have raised trunks which symbolizes good luck.
A lovely tapestry from my last trip to South Korea.
And this is my latest wood burning project. Are you surprised that it is an elephant? I rally enjoyed giving this a go, and now I have a new elephant!
The wood burning project costs about five dollars. I used the BURNMASTER Hawk wood burner. This was my first time using it and I must say that it is like nothing that I have ever owned. The wood was just lying in my craft closet. So my primary expenditure was my time and effort. I hope you enjoy seeing it as much as I did burning it.

They say an elephant never forgets. What they don't tell you is, you never forget an elephant.
Peace.

I am with YOU! I LOVE elephants, and I started my collection with the few my granddaddy had collected and left to my mother. I'm picky about which ones I choose, but love the ones given to me by my family. I would love to do the woodburning one! Thank you for sharing! :)

Aren't they wonderful creatures? I wish some people were more like elephants. They really look out for each other and they all help raise the babies.
