Walmart carries a bunch of different options. Use a hook on each side of the window frame and a loop of ribbon on each side to secure curtain when open.

Target or any home improvement store will have them.
Hey Lindalou: Most stores and home improvement stores carry Command Hooks. You can buy, or make, some really cute hold backs to attach to the hooks and keep your curtains held open. They are easy to make, just select the material you like, cut it about 8" wide and about 24" long, make a tube by sewing the long ends, right sides together, using a 1/4" seam, sew both sides and one end. Then, turn it inside out, fold the open end inside about 1/4" and sew it down. Then, sew a hoop or make one out of yarn, on each skinny end near the top of the skinny end and hook that over your Command Hook. Make 2, one for each side of the curtain :) Easy as that! Make them the width and length that fits your needs, I am just giving sizes as an example. You can do this with a machine or by hand. Good luck.
Home Depot ,family dollar, wallmart they all have them
