You Wouldn’t Believe What I Used to Make This Vase!
Im always saving containers and anything others would usually consider junk. This is the idea I had with what I could do with a fabric conditioner bottle. It’s simple and you could mix it up how ever you wanted. Would love to see what everyone else can make with junk.
This is all that I used. The rope was from the range but you could get it practically anywhere. This is such a easy vase to make and hope everyone enjoys reading.
firstly, I untangled the rope and heated up my glue gun. I love using a glue gun as the glue drying and hardening is really handy for me to use and makes creating things quickly and easy.
I then started wrapping the rope around the bottle. Making sure there’s no gaps and gluing the rope as I went along. I did this till the bottle was covered.
Lastly, I made a little decoration with the last bit of rope, platting it to finish the bottle off, or you could thread some beads on which could look really nice.
Finished
Complete with some added pampas grass to give it a natural organic look to it. I really like this diy as it’s simple and easy to make and didn’t cost much to create. Anyone could make this and you could mix it up in so many different ways. You could even spray paint the rope after for example. Just shows everyone you don’t need to spend a lot to make something really beautiful.
Here’s another vase I created but I used a wine bottle instead and wrapped that in rope. So you could recycle anything into a vase. Be sure to follow me on Hometalk, Pinterest and Instagram to see more of my projects.
