My sons room was in need of an update. He adores Batman so I decided to give him the complete batman room featuring Gotham city skyline

This is the completed look!

I started with a blank wall in the corner of my sons room

I then had black insulation tape in the house and decided to get creative (this was how much I had when I started)

The tape I have is around 50mm wide

I started by pencilling a rough design on the wall using a pencil and a level to make sure the lines were straight

This was the first section. It was really easy to do. I trimmed the tape with scissors

I continued to use my level throughout the design but ended up just going freestyle rather than pencilling the outlying. But still use your level as eyes can be deceiving

This was the finished outline and I just love it

This was how much tape I had left. So it didn’t take much and I even have enough left to perhaps do another wall

I decided to make a batman signal on top of the tallest building which is just a bat signal printed onto thick photo paper and trimmed and stuck on the wall with double sided tape. I then used 2 strips out insulation tape for the beam outline

I then added 2 shelves, a Hollywood light. Paper roll and other accessories to finish it off. I love it!
