DIY Galvanized Steel Hooks

As part of my teenage son's newly updated bedroom, I wanted him to have matching manly hooks for his backpack, coat and stuff.

If you are interested in making wall hooks for a mudroom, kid’s room, laundry room, etc. here's how we did it!

These wall hooks are super sturdy.
You can totally put one together in an hour’s time.

We recently just finished installing a wood plank wall in and buying new industrial/rustic furniture for my teenage son's bedroom. You can get all the details on these updates in my full blog post here. His room is looking “fresh” in his 13-year-old words...

My full blog post has all the parts you need conveniently listed. They have names like elbow, plug and nipple in various sizes, so it's much easier to look at that graphic than for me to describe it here. And this is the order we assembled it. See,…. super, super easy!!!!

Just nail those to a painted board. (I had one leftover from our wood wall) and now it’s sooooooo cute in his room. I mean MANLY. Maybe now things will stay a little bit more organized and picked up in there ... or maybe not.
