PRETTY BOUQUET OF CALADIUM!
I think Caladium are my favorite plantings...the biggest bang for your buck! I even take in a few big leaves and make bouquets. This is the one I made and put in my kitchen!
Mine have been spectacular this year!
They are easy to plant and care for.
Just pick a few leaves and make a bouquet. Mine are still pretty in the vase after 4 days!
They are in the hot western exposure...they love the sun! Just water! No deadheading and they never wilt!
I buy the mixed box from Florida Boys Caladium every year. I plant the bulbs very close together and they make their own display...seem to be more beautiful each year!! It took me a few hours over several days between rain showers and heat to get all of these planted...I can only work a little at a time!

Funny how when you take a photo you spot something that needs to me taken down...an old control box for lighting...it will come down today...already on my list!!

i live here in n.ill. and just love how gorgeous those are! never realized they could be grown like that.....come next summer i'm gonna git me some o' those !! 🤣

Georgia either has too little or too much rain!
This year the rain has been almost perfect and despite the horrible heat and humidity, they are the best ever... STUNNING! They are now up to my waist! They always do well, but with all the rain we have had, last year was great but this year is AMAZING!!

P.S. The shipper will send your bulbs according to your planting zone. I am in Zone 7, order mine in late February or early March and get mine the second week of April.
Be warned, they take their time to come up! The ground has to warm up before they germinate! So don't get anxious. When I first started planting these, I would dig a few up to see if they were still there! LOL
Sometimes it is difficult to tell which is the top and which is the bottom but if you plant them upside down, it just takes a little longer for them to sprout!
