Yes, it's definitely a lily. It's hard to say as there are many different pink varieties and you don't provide a close-up but the stargazer and the Acapulco are both popular pink varieties of lily.
Looks like a daylily. :)
It's a type of day lily.
If it has bulbs it is a lillie. If not it could be an oleander.
It definitely is a lilly. I can't tell the type until they bloom. Beautiful blooms, but mine would stain your fingers or clothing if the stamen (center) was touched while blooming.
It looks like a day lily. The plant can be split and replanted.
Lovely! You might be able to determine the exact variety by comparison of these images.

Try using the app called plantsnap where you take a picture and they ID it for you.
They look like my amarillis.
I'm thinking daylily but not sure without seeing root and/or bloom. PlantID is a great app if you have a smart phone to help you identify. Once you do, you can offload or remove the app if it takes up too much. Just make sure you choose the free version.
I have one of these lillies but I do not know the name of it. As a matter of fact I one that blooms pink and one that blooms white. I can tell you it is not a day lily.
No lily I think hosts thin leafe
