Painted Dining Room Chairs

This week I focused on painting the Dining Room Chairs and Table.Let me show you guys a little recap of how the the table and chairs actually looked Before.

I decided to paint each chair in a different color which was two shades of pink and two shades of green.

I gave each chair about two coats and then let it dry. After that I detached the legs and spray painted with a Gold color.

I applied two coats of the spray paint on each individual chair as well.I gave it almost a day to completely dry then attached the legs back onto the chairs.

So my plan initially was to create a Geometric patten on the chairs but I decided to go another route and keep the chairs plain.

I decided to use these gorgeous Wood Appliques and attach them on the backside of each chair.

First I painted them all Gold. Then I glued it onto the backside of each chair.I used Gorilla glue to attach the Wood Appliques and gave it a full 24 hours for it to fully harden and set.The paint that I used already has a primer in it and is used specifically for outdoor purposes hence why I did not need to apply a sealant coat either.

These chairs turned out beautiful and I could not have been more happier with the results.
