Thrift Store Buffet Redo

Found this buffet for $70 at a local resale shop. Beadboard wallpaper and homemade chalk paint...my first attempt at both, so it was a learning experience...lol.

Yes. Very easy to do. I'm having a little trouble with areas around the drawer handles, though. It would be fine for a piece that wasn't used much, but the paper is a little spongy and gets scratches from fingernails. Just my husband and I so we've adapted to being really careful with the drawers. I still love the way it looks and it was super easy...just maybe not the best for drawer fronts.

It looks so real, I love it!! If it doesn't hold up to time, you can always remove it....well, anything you do, you can redo it. Good Luck though!
