Transformed hutch
I can't resist free furniture. It's a sickness! So when a friend called me to tell me he was getting rid of this, I knew I could do something with it! It got a complete transformation with General Finishes Antique White, followed by distressing, and then their Van Dyke Brown glaze. We built an interior shelf and stained it a mix of Java gel stain and other stains I had on hand. The whole thing was sealed with flat high performance poly and I added new knobs and Robert Allen fabric backing. So pretty!!
