DIY Cage Pendant Light
Here is a for ya! I wanted something more exciting in terms of lighting for my newly made over breakfast nook. I found this "figure" at Target and swapped it out for the glass pedant light cover that was here when we bought the house.

So first rush to target and buy the figurine on sale!! $16. Otherwise similar items are popping around Home Goods.
I loosened the screws that previously held the glass cover onto the pendant light so they'd support the cage (figurine). I rested it on the screws and didn't need to say prayers since the light is out of reach of my kids.
