Woven Napkin Rings Revived and Repurposed!!

The Mrs.
by The Mrs.
When my absolute favorite woven napkin rings decided to give out on me and fall apart, I just couldn't bear to trash them. Instead, I revised and repurposed them in order to showcase them in a way that I would see them everyday!!
My favorite, over-used, broken, woven napkin rings.
My thrift store find! 4 wooden, antique napkin rings. I only paid 25 cents!!!!
Carefully place the wooden rings inside the broken, woven rings.
Use the adhesive of your choice. I used my trusty old hot glue gun! Then make sure you adhere the woven napkin ring onto the wooden ring.

If the woven ring is slightly smaller than the wooden ring, you can easily, reshape it by dipping it in warm water and after squeezing out the excess water, it will stretch easily to the size of the wooden ring!
When dry, you can use as a napkin ring again, or....as I did, repurpose it!!!!
I now use them in my 4 bay windows in my breakfast nook as curtain tiebacks!! My sheer curtains slide down through and it holds them perfectly without slipping!!
I absolutely love this look!! They look fantastic in all the bay windows and now I get to use and see them every day!
