One of two fireplaces in our 1950s ranch style house that needed a facelift and some added character.
Outdated fireplace turned focal point
Updated this 1950s fireplace with white chalk paint, aPainted firebox, added grate and wood for fake fire. Finishing it off with reclaimed wood plank boatds.

Painted limestone with Linen white chalk paint purchased at
using a chop saw and nail gun, installation was easy and quick.
Halfway there!
Adding prestained grey/brown plank wood purchased at Lowe’s.
Almost there
finished by adding quarter round trim, stained like plank boards, to frame out area and complete the project.
