First cut all of your parts out of 3/4" plywood
Cut list:
Door: 18"x18"
Top/Bottom -16.5"x16.5"
Sides (2): 18"x18"
Back:16.5"x16.5"
Next, using a pocket hole jig, drill pocket holes on the top and bottom pieces
Now screw the top and bottom pieces to the sides
Fill in the pocket holes with bondo
Apply a spray finish to help smooth the wood and to help with sticker adhesion
Take box to local sticker shop and let them work their magic!
You can now attach and adjust the door using blum hinges or whichever you prefer. Now go ahead and Show your neighbors what you just Built!
