You should have the professionals back again. It often takes a few treatments to get rid of bed bugs.
Hi Patricia,
So sorry you have this problem. Here is a list of possible reasons the treatment did not work:
Pesticides often are an important part of a control strategy but they must be used properly for the treatment to work. There can be many reasons for failure of a pesticide treatment to completely control the bed bugs, including:

Bring the company that treated your living area back and have them re-treat with a different pesticide. You probably have a warranty on their services.
If you hire professionals you need to hire ones with a guarantee.
Contact the professionals that provided the bed bug eradication service and let them know you're still having problems. They should come back and redo for free or depending on the time frame, at least at a reduced rate.
I would hire a different professional.
I would call that company back again to re-exterminate. However that being said, it may be wiser and healthier to purchase a new mattress and box spring. You need to get rid of the bugs in the carpet as well.
Hi Patricia, hope this helps you out, https://www.mrpest.ca/tips-getting-rid-bed-bugs-permanently/
Call them (the exterminator) back and have them come and treat the area again. You might need to repeat this a few times to get all those little trouble makers.
Throw out the bed, and buy a Blow up type.
The only thing I have heard of in way of home remedy is cinnamon.
Wow I would check with the guarantee from the professional you used first. Secondly here are some solutions from Hometalk https://www.hometalk.com/diy/outdoor/pest-repeller/how-to-get-rid-of-bed-bugs-44431165
Be sure to put your mattresses in zipped vinyl mattress covers that are rated as bed bug resistant. Be sure to wash everything with proper bed bug killer solutions. Buy a black light flashlight cause those things floresce. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=black+light+flashlight+for+bed+bugs&crid=2GLQRCEM7ZR95&sprefix=black+light+flashlight+for+bed+bugs%2Caps%2C157&ref=nb_sb_noss_2 I would also put a bed bug trap under each bed and each closet. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=bed+bugs+traps&crid=13RD37HICP2HL&sprefix=bed+bugs+traps%2Caps%2C316&ref=nb_sb_noss
See if you company has a plan to come monthly to check for bugs and respraying.
Then you need to use different pro's. May take several attempts, but the whole building must be done
