Bland, white bench + CeCe Caldwell's Paints Destin Gulf Green, Traverse City Cherry & Vintage White = "Wow-za"
Love the transformation!
This was a bad weather day project using CeCe Caldwell's Paints and chevron frog tape. I used Virginia Chestnut as base coat under the Destin Gulf Green to be able to wet distress in areas and edges. I applied Endurance over the Virginia Chestnut.
The plain, white bench was just too boring!
I used CeCe Caldwell's Paints Destin Gulf Green after the Virginia Chestnut and Endurance. I applied 2 coats. Then I wet-distressed with wet rag to reveal the brown underneath. I applied Endurance to seal everything. Traverse City Cherry was used for the chevron stripes. I also sealed that with Endurance.
One of my favorite pieces ever!
The final look has so much more of a "wow" factor than the plain white piece!
