Facebook Yardsale Site Table Upcycled With Unicorn Spit.

Upcycled yardsale find with Unicorn Spit Gel Stain. I am in love with this product. It inspires creativity and is very forgiving!!! I love this new table.
I found this table on a local Facebook Yard Sale Site. I knew I would have to Spit it. After choosing my colors... Zia teal, White Ning, Lemon Kiss, Molly Red Pepper, Phoenix Fire and Pixie Punk Pink I got started. It was so fun!
I decided to use a process the creator of Unicorn SPit calls Angel Fire Stain Press. After sanding...I sprayed with water...I then placed my Unicorn Spit randomly with syringes in zigzag patterns, circles and little blobs. Then I sprayed with some more water. I placed a very thin clear plastic drop cloth on the table and let the air bubbles out. Then sprayed water on top of plastic. Then I pushed the paint with my hands and a small roller. Once it was manipulated I lifted the plastic from four corners making sure it was done evenly until the middle "popped up".
Once top was done I put 4 coats of Tung Oil and then 3 coats of Minwax Urethane Clear Gloss. The base I painted with Olympic interior Paint Super Gloss. I am loving the way my find turned out!!!!! www.facebook.com/UNICORNSPiT/
