You could give it a whiter look by rubbing it down and using a White Wax on it or using a thinned down Emulsion wall paint for a Limed look, and then wax over it, or you could, use chalk paint and then wax or you could Use, a Primer then undercoat and then top coat of Satin White for a more dense look.
