Alex Larson on Mar 09, 2016Thanks for this step-by-step photos. By the by, it's very important to seal walls. Is it hard to do yourself? That's a no-brainer, if you are going to use liquid rubber for such purposes. Has anybody tried this for waterproofing foundation from inside http://liquidrubber.ca/products/basement-sealant ? Does it deserve attention?

We also had the problem of water seeping into the basement through a block wall. Our guy painted the interior walls with this product:
as a first step to waterproof and yet postpone or avoid the cost of digging up the foundation and waterproofing that way. It’s been 4 years. No problems. Good luck!

Just wondering if you can help. When it rains a lot the water runs towards my house. The grade is backwards and can’t be fixed unless I Jack house up. How would I install something like this away from the house towards the street?

Hi Lisa did you ever get an answer to your question. We have the exact same situation at our house and need to fix it.
