Want to make a lamp shade that will bring some style and bling to your home?
All you need are a few mosaic tile sheets, a lamp shade top piece, and some thread. In no time you'll have a beautiful Mosaic Tile Lamp Shade!
Materials List and detailed instructions are on the blog - listed at the bottom of this post's photos.
Lay out your mosaic tile sheets. Cut the mesh to the height you desire for your lamp shade.
Wrap the tile sheet around the lamp shade top ring and trim the excess tiles off.
Attach your lamp shade to the lamp and admire!
Lights out...

Funny I came across this project, as I was just wondering what to do with a couple old lamp shades and I have seen 2 different things I love! However, I am wondering what y'all think about this idea and if it would even work? How about somehow glueing the little flat sided 'jewels' to an old shade? Y'all know what I am talking about? Those dollar store colored things that go inside vases and such? I was thinking how cool it might look with the light shining through the off-white shade and then the gems. Any opinions on this? And what would be the right kind of adhesive? Any replies very welcome! ✌️🌈💜🌻😊
