Carrot Planters
It just wouldn’t be Spring without my huge carrots making an appearance in my planters out front, I’ve witnessed walkers go by, take a second look at them and have a big smile 😊 that does it for me and that’s why I’ll keep making them!
And these honestly took no time at all, my Dollar tree had these orange ribbed planters this year and the fuzzy greens for the tops, and that’s all you need to make these
These are the planters close up, if they don’t have the orange, you can get a different color and spray paint them too
These are the bunches of greens, I used 3 in each carrot, I cut the individual stems off so I could bend them to get the look I wanted
There are three little drain holes at the bottom of each planter and they poke through super easy with just a screwdriver, do this to both the pots
Then just push through the greenery stems into the holes and work with them until you get the fluffy carrot top look
Then plop them in your planter!
I put one on each side of my front steps, then cut out some freehanded bunny silhouettes for my front door, the whole thing cost less than ten dollars, you really can’t go wrong 🥕
