Step 1: Make your snow !
I was looking for fake snow everywhere and I finally found some on Amazon. You can use any fake snow you find to achieve the same effect I got. I grabbed a large enough mixing bowl to start making my snow.
This is the fake snow I purchased from Amazon . It’s called instant snow by Let it snow and all you do is add water ! For this small baggie I added half a gallon of water. I made enough snow for two large snow globes and had a lot leftover so I Sealed it for other projects .
Pour it and and watch it grow!
Here’s a Close-up of the texture of the fake snow . It was so soft and fluffy ! ❄️
I poured cup by cup to control how large it grew. It was my first time making snow and I didn’t want it to overflow like a 🌋 😂.

Step 2: Use any glass containers/jars as your snow globe . I had these already , but you can thrift anything similar.
I filled each jar up to about 1/3 of the way with fake snow . Fill it up as much as you would like . I based it off on how big my tiny trees fit when I closed my jar.
Step 3: I Started adding my tiny trees. You can use tiny trees, any holiday trinkets or old ornaments. Again , you can totally thrift any of the items you want to place in the globe !
Step 4 : The last step is to add your LED lights and voila ! I loved the way they came out . My kids enjoyed helping me make them and they look so beautiful in my home. I feel the holiday cheer ❄️✨
Now these beauties are nestled around my home bringing cheer to everybody.

Neither did I ! I looked for the already expanded kind at Walmart and couldn’t find it . I found this one on amazon😊 it expands so much and there is a generous amount in that small package.
