Scrap Wood Pumpkins

The work table in my garage is a complete mess, but it ended up working out perfectly for this project. I found everything I needed to make these little scrap wood pumpkins piled next to my saws! Now, my table is a tad bit cleaner, and I have rustic little pumpkins.
I grabbed up scrap bead board, barn wood, hickory, oak, and cedar siding that I had left over from other projects.
I used a wash of orange paint to add color to a couple of the pieces, but the rest remained the color that I used for the original project.
I created the stems with leftovers as well, which I describe in more detail on my blog. Head on over to see all the steps, along with a collection of other amazing fall projects for the home, created by my fellow Hometalk bloggers!
