I had this $2 thrift store table that was just dying for a new look. I also had some blue oops paint that was just hanging around waiting for a great project.
These vintage tables are easy to find at thrift stores, but the price of $2 is practically unheard of.
I mixed the oops paint with some plaster of paris to make my famous diy chalky paint primer. Many people use it as chalk paint, but using it as a primer is my favorite.
Using my Finish Max had this little table done in record time.
I topped it off with some clear wax.
Some decoupage, and original hardware spray painted finishes off this little gem perfectly.
Enjoyed the project?
