Giving A Thrift Store Dresser A New Look!

by Sandra Powell
We needed a bigger dresser for my husband, I found this dresser at bible for missions a few years ago. I just got around to painting it and putting new handles on it.
I sanded it lightly first, I then put 2 coats of primer on it. I used the BM Advance Paint in Cloud White to paint it.
We got the handles at Lowe's half price, it saved us a lot what would of cost $80 we got for $40. It was worth it the dresser is solid wood and in good shape just looks so much better now, it just goes with the new built ins in our room as well.
The BM Advance Paint goes on really nice in a pearl finish.
More to come on the blog on the finished bedroom project this week! Board and Batten wall.
