My wife made me a Fairy House. I made it a Broken Pot Garden. I used plants of different textures and colors from all around our property to fill in the garden. With a little pea gravel and a cactus from the gardening center to finish it off this fairy garden has turned into a wonderful respite for a magical friend to inhabit. Be sure to watch the video at the end and visit the blog post for all the details on how we put this together! The video link below appears broken. How did you get the pot to break evenly like that? The video wouldn't play. :(

I filled my pot with damp soil first. It gave me more control without shattering the whole pot. Never used a dremel. I did it by accident and the results were great.

Hi Eileen, I'm sorry but I have no clue what those plants are. They are just things I found growing around our home in the wild!r

This is a picture of my Broken Pot Gnome Garden. Made with Gnome Figurines and decorative pieces bought at Dollar General. I used Succulents plants bought at Lowe's.
