What better way to bring on the spring sun, warmer weather and the desire to plant some pretty flowers than with a miniature flower pot door wreath?
This is a rather simple project but it does take some time, simply because you must have the *patience* to paint these little flower pots. But the outcome is worth the effort!
After painting the miniature pots in a variety of fun colors and then applying a coat of polyurethane, it was time to secure them onto the wreath form.
Once these little flower pots were attached to the wreath form, I covered up any wreath form peeking through with some raffia and attached a bow. Hang and welcome Spring to your door! For other spring projects, check out how to make a Tin Can Fairy House.
UPDATE: Turn a spring-summer wreath autumn-like with the addition of a simple pumpkin garland. For another simple fall decor idea, see how I used fabric scraps to make an assortment of fun fall pumpkins.
