Mid-Century Modern Bathroom Reno

My mid-century modern inspired bathroom renovation is finally complete! The original 1990s oak bathroom wasn't my style but, more importantly, there were many functional problems (the vanity was too low - originally for someone in a wheelchair - and the shower portal was seriously busted). But after giving it a temporary facelift, waiting patiently and saving my pennies, now I have the bathroom of my dreams!
Here's the "before":
And here's the temporary facelift, which I shared on HomeTalk a long time ago: http://www.danslelakehouse.com/2014/02/a-prettier-bathroom.html
I really liked the layout - especially the linen tower - so my Hubby and I decided to keep everything in the same place, although we added a second sink.
Although we hit some roadblocks along the way, I love everything about how the bathroom turned out - from the floating walnut cabinetry, to the bright aqua sinks, to the pretty sparkly shower tile.

Love some of these ideas! In general, I’m a huge fan of marble in the bathroom—it adds such a timeless and elegant touch to the space. We recently remodeled our bathroom with A Plus Marble, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The marble looks exactly the way I envisioned—very clean, sophisticated, and luxurious.
