Hi Guys! I would like to show you how to make an inexpensive high-end rope floor mat.
I recommend taking a look at the quick video to see how I made it step-by-step and to get the complete list of supplies. I know for me, it helps.
Let's getting started!

1. Take the tip of the rope and add hot glue.
2. Fold the tip of the rope downwards and continue to add more hot glue to the rope and wrap it around. It's helpful to put it on a flat surface while you're doing this.
3. Once you the circle is at the size of your liking, cut the rope and add hot glue to the tip to prevent it from unraveling.
4. Repeat the same process until you have all of the various sized circles you would like. In the video above, I mentioned the size and quantity of each circle I made. Take a look.
6. Brush the paint on the top of the circles and let it dry.
7. Place two shelf liners side by side.
8. Arrange the circles on top of the lining where you would like it. Don't be afraid to alternate the sizes for variation.
9. Flip over each circle, add hot glue on top and flip it back over to secure it to the liner.
10. Take your scissors and cut around the circles to remove the excess lining. To get in between the spaces, cut the liner using a Xacto knife.
You're finish!! You have a beautiful floor mat that you made all by yourself. Who would have thought rope could look so good.
