We often struggle with how to decorate our dining room tables for the everyday. You still want it to look pretty and styled, but it needs to have something on display that is very functional.
We decided to build our own DIY wood planter box that acts as a centerpiece in our dining rooms. This wood planter is incredibly easy to build and the best part is you can personalize the color and size to fit your needs!
We wanted to be able to put 5 mason jars inside the wood box, so we laid the mason jars out on the wood in order to figure out how long we wanted the box to be.
After a few cuts on our miter saw we had 5 pieces of wood cut and we were ready to assemble our box.
We used a nail gun to put our box together and then stained it in the color "Jacobean." Finally these gold corner brackets were added to the bottom of the box to add a bit of color and shine!
With the box constructed we added our mason jars. Fresh flowers can then be added to create a beautiful display that works for all seasons!
