You will need:
Wood disks (you can find them cheaper at Hobby Lobby): http://amzn.to/2ebxJ8w
Polycrylic: http://amzn.to/2dtKJSZ
Resin: http://amzn.to/2e5PpRE
Resin pigment dye: http://amzn.to/2edbwJJ

*I use Amazon affiliate links.
You can find the full written directions in the link at the bottom of this post. Here are some highlights:
Find laser cut outs. I found these with trees and really liked the look.
Seal the wood.
Put taping tape on the back of the wood pieces.
Color the resin and start adding to the openings.
Keep adding. It will take a while and you will need to be patient, but it's worth it!!
Pop the bubbles with a lighter. Be careful when you are doing this step. Don't stop in one spot too long because you are working with wood and let's try not to burn down the craft room!!!
Once cured, remove the packing tape.
